Closed Captioning Services Clarksville

Yes, and work from Clarksville is handled entirely online: files are uploaded or shared as a link, and the finished work returns by email. Clients across Tennessee order the same way and pay the same published rates as anywhere else. A single short video is a normal order here, including a trailer or a social cut.

No visit is needed. Files are uploaded through the site, emailed, or shared from cloud storage, and the finished closed captioning comes back the same way, which is why clients well outside Clarksville use the service on the same terms. The one exception is material that exists only on tape, disc or a memory card, and collection can be arranged for that.

The 99+% accuracy standard comes from human work plus an independent check: one captioner produces the file, and then a second reviewer plays the file back against the picture. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Clarksville, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Tennessee - so those are checked against the source. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. That second pass is what catches a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked.

It is handled by restricting access, not by promising discretion. A lot of what arrives from Clarksville comes from Montgomery County courts and county offices, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Everyone on the job is under NDA, transfer is encrypted, and your own confidentiality agreement is signed before work starts if you have one.

Whichever the platform requires: SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or burned in. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Clarksville never need to collect anything. Several formats can come out of one order, so the same material reaches a streaming service, a broadcaster and a learning platform without being rebuilt.

Upload or share a link, and the quote follows within minutes. Upload from anywhere in Tennessee, because there is no office in Clarksville to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. A style note or template sent with the files is applied from the first delivery.

By card, PayPal, Square, wire transfer or check, or on a monthly invoice where your finance team prefers one. Clients in Clarksville pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Quotes are issued in writing and the invoice never exceeds the figure you approved.

Revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. Tell us which page, line or timestamp is wrong and a corrected file comes back, usually the same day. If the video is re-cut, the existing captions are conformed to the new edit instead of being captioned again from scratch. A local name or address written differently in Clarksville from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Being in Clarksville changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Tennessee and everywhere else. Nothing starts before you approve that figure in writing, and the invoice matches it exactly.

You are given a date, not a range: rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours where it is urgent, and a firm delivery time in the quote where it is not. Because orders from Clarksville are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours.
