Closed Captioning Services Evansville

Yes, and work from Evansville is handled entirely online: files are uploaded or shared as a link, and the finished work returns by email. Clients across Indiana order the same way and pay the same published rates as anywhere else. A single short video is a normal order here, including a trailer or a social cut.

Most of it is tied to the Vanderburgh County courts and the practices that file there, and much of the rest comes from plastics and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants along the Ohio River. Whatever the source, the caption file has to get names, addresses and institutions from Evansville right, so those are verified against the record and never approximated from a distance.

The 99+% accuracy standard comes from human work plus an independent check: one captioner produces the file, and then a second reviewer plays the file back against the picture. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Evansville, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Indiana - so those are checked against the source. That second pass is what catches a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked.

Only the people doing the work can open your material, and all of them are under NDA. A lot of what arrives from Evansville comes from the Vanderburgh County courts and the practices that file there, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Unreleased video is routine here, so review links are restricted and nothing is held longer than the project needs. Transfer is encrypted in both directions, and deletion on an agreed schedule can be set up where your records require it.

SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or a burned-in version, built to the specification of the platform you publish on. One source file can produce several formats in the same order. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Evansville never need to collect anything. Caption files are delivered to the standard of the platform you publish on, whether that is SRT, VTT, SCC or STL.

Send the files or a link, say what you need and when, and an exact quote comes back within minutes. Once you approve it the work goes to a captioner suited to the material. Upload from anywhere in Indiana, because there is no office in Evansville to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. Say where the captions will play - broadcast, a streaming platform, a learning system, social - because each sets its own standard. Revisions are free for 30 days after delivery.

Yes, in 100+ languages. Around Evansville the usual ones are Spanish, Vietnamese and Arabic, each handled by a native speaker and checked by a second one. The language changes who does the closed captioning, not what is delivered or what it costs.

There is no office to visit. Upload, email or share a cloud link, and the finished closed captioning is returned by email, usually without anyone needing to speak to you at all unless something in the material needs a decision. Clients across Indiana work this way, and so do clients nowhere near it.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime, with volume pricing once a project passes an agreed size. The quote for closed captioning in Evansville is worked out from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Being in Evansville changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Indiana and everywhere else. Send the material and the figure comes back within minutes.

Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours is available, and the delivery time is confirmed in writing before you pay. Timing is set by hand against the audio, so the schedule follows the real runtime of the video and not an estimate. Because orders from Evansville are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours. If a deadline cannot be met you are told at quoting stage, not on the day.
