Closed Captioning Services Fullerton

Yes, and work from Fullerton is handled entirely online: files are uploaded or shared as a link, and the finished work returns by email. Clients across California order the same way and pay the same published rates as anywhere else. A single short video is a normal order here, including a trailer or a social cut.

Three groups account for most of it: aerospace and electronics manufacturers in north Orange County; the Orange County courts at the North Justice Center and local practices; and two large university campuses, hospital systems and food processing plants. What they share is material someone else will rely on, so the closed captioning has to match the source exactly. Most of the work here is for teams with an accessibility requirement to meet, not simply a preference.

SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or a burned-in version, built to the specification of the platform you publish on. One source file can produce several formats in the same order. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Fullerton never need to collect anything.

Most closed captioning orders here connect to the Orange County courts at the North Justice Center and local practices. A steady stream also comes from aerospace and electronics manufacturers in north Orange County. The recurring risk on this material is a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked, which is why a second reviewer checks the file against the source before it is sent.

Yes. Spanish, Korean, Mandarin and Vietnamese come up regularly around Fullerton, and each is handled by a native speaker of that language, with 100+ more available. Mixed-language material keeps every language as it was used, which matters on anything coming from the Orange County courts at the North Justice Center and local practices. A translated caption track is timed separately, because reading speed differs between languages.

No visit is needed. Files are uploaded through the site, emailed, or shared from cloud storage, and the finished closed captioning comes back the same way, which is why clients well outside Fullerton use the service on the same terms. The one exception is material that exists only on tape, disc or a memory card, and collection can be arranged for that.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime, with volume pricing once a project passes an agreed size. The quote for closed captioning in Fullerton is worked out from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to. Being in Fullerton changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across California and everywhere else. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Send the material and the figure comes back within minutes.

It depends on length and on how difficult the source is, and the time is in the quote before you commit. Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers the urgent end. Because orders from Fullerton are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours.

Work is done by human captioners and played back against the picture before it is sent, which is how the 99+% accuracy standard is met. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Fullerton, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across California - so those are checked against the source. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. One person working alone would not catch a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked.

It is handled by restricting access, not by promising discretion. A lot of what arrives from Fullerton comes from the Orange County courts at the North Justice Center and local practices, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Everyone on the job is under NDA, transfer is encrypted, and your own confidentiality agreement is signed before work starts if you have one.
