Closed Captioning Services Beaumont

Yes. Closed captioning is ordered here exactly as it is anywhere else - upload the material, approve the written quote, receive the finished work by email. There is no office in Beaumont to visit, no appointment to book and no premium for being in Texas.

No. Closed captioning moves online in both directions, so a client in Beaumont and a client three states away are handled identically, and this site is built around caption files built to the standard the platform or the regulator requires. Material that exists only on physical media is the one exception, and collection is arranged for it.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime, with volume pricing once a project passes an agreed size. The quote for closed captioning in Beaumont is worked out from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to. Being in Beaumont changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Texas and everywhere else. Send the material and the figure comes back within minutes.

It depends on length and on how difficult the source is, and the time is in the quote before you commit. Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers the urgent end. Because orders from Beaumont are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours. Timing is set by hand against the audio, so the schedule follows the real runtime of the video and not an estimate.

The 99+% accuracy standard applies to every file, and it holds because each caption file is produced by a person and then played back against the picture by a second reviewer. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Beaumont, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Texas - so those are checked against the source. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. Anything genuinely unclear is flagged for you, never guessed at.

Yes. NDAs cover every person on the project, uploads and deliveries are encrypted, and nobody outside the assigned team can open your material. Unreleased video is routine here, so review links are restricted and nothing is held longer than the project needs. A lot of what arrives from Beaumont comes from Jefferson County courts and personal-injury practices, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default.

SRT or VTT for web and streaming, SCC or STL for broadcast, or burned in where a platform strips subtitle files. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Beaumont never need to collect anything. The target format is confirmed before work starts, because retiming afterwards costs more than getting the specification right first.

Upload or share a link, and the quote follows within minutes. Upload from anywhere in Texas, because there is no office in Beaumont to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. Say where the captions will play - broadcast, a streaming platform, a learning system, social - because each sets its own standard. A style note or template sent with the files is applied from the first delivery.

By card, PayPal, Square, wire transfer or check, or on a monthly invoice where your finance team prefers one. Clients in Beaumont pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Production teams and publishers are usually invoiced per project or per series instead of per file. Quotes are issued in writing and the invoice never exceeds the figure you approved.

Revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. Tell us which page, line or timestamp is wrong and a corrected file comes back, usually the same day. If the video is re-cut, the existing captions are conformed to the new edit instead of being captioned again from scratch. A local name or address written differently in Beaumont from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed.
