Closed Captioning Services Dayton

Yes. Closed captioning is available to anyone in Dayton and across Ohio, on the same published rates and the same turnaround as everywhere else. Files move in and out online, so where you are makes no difference to the price, the deadline or who does the work.

No. Closed captioning moves online in both directions, so a client in Dayton and a client three states away are handled identically, and this site is built around caption files built to the standard the platform or the regulator requires. Material that exists only on physical media is the one exception, and collection is arranged for it.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime. Being in Dayton changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Ohio and everywhere else. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Nothing starts before you approve that figure in writing, and the invoice matches it exactly.

Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours is available, and the delivery time is confirmed in writing before you pay. Because orders from Dayton are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours. If a deadline cannot be met you are told at quoting stage, not on the day.

The 99+% accuracy standard comes from human work plus an independent check: one captioner produces the file, and then a second reviewer plays the file back against the picture. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Dayton, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Ohio - so those are checked against the source. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. That second pass is what catches a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked.

Files are handled under NDA, moved through encrypted transfer and seen only by the assigned team. A lot of what arrives from Dayton comes from the Montgomery County courts and immigration practitioners, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. They can also be deleted on an agreed schedule after delivery, with written confirmation.

SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or a burned-in version, built to the specification of the platform you publish on. One source file can produce several formats in the same order. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Dayton never need to collect anything. Caption files are delivered to the standard of the platform you publish on, whether that is SRT, VTT, SCC or STL.

Upload or share a link, and the quote follows within minutes. Upload from anywhere in Ohio, because there is no office in Dayton to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. A style note or template sent with the files is applied from the first delivery.

All of the usual methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Square, wire transfer and checks. Businesses can be invoiced monthly against a purchase order, and everyone else pays on approving the quote. Clients in Dayton pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Production teams and publishers are usually invoiced per project or per series instead of per file.

Point out the passage and it is corrected at no charge, because revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. A local name or address written differently in Dayton from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed. If the video is re-cut, the existing captions are conformed to the new edit instead of being captioned again from scratch. Work that goes beyond the original brief, such as a different template or a new style, is quoted before it starts.
