Closed Captioning Services in Peoria, Arizona

Yes, and work from Peoria is handled entirely online: files are uploaded or shared as a link, and the finished work returns by email. Clients across Arizona order the same way and pay the same published rates as anywhere else. A single short video is a normal order here, including a trailer or a social cut.

There is no office to visit. Upload, email or share a cloud link, and the finished closed captioning is returned by email, usually without anyone needing to speak to you at all unless something in the material needs a decision. Clients across Arizona work this way, and so do clients nowhere near it.

Urgent work is covered by rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours, depending on length and how difficult the source is. Because orders from Peoria are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours. Longer jobs are split across a coordinated team working from one style sheet, so speed never costs consistency.

The 99+% accuracy standard applies to every file, and it holds because each caption file is produced by a person and then played back against the picture by a second reviewer. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Peoria, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Arizona - so those are checked against the source. Anything genuinely unclear is flagged for you, never guessed at.

Access is the control that matters, so it is kept to the assigned pair and nobody else. A lot of what arrives from Peoria comes from the Maricopa County courts and the county offices serving the west valley, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Unreleased video is routine here, so review links are restricted and nothing is held longer than the project needs. Transfer is encrypted, every person involved is under NDA, and files are deleted on request once you no longer need them held.

SRT or VTT for web and streaming, SCC or STL for broadcast, or burned in where a platform strips subtitle files. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Peoria never need to collect anything. The target format is confirmed before work starts, because retiming afterwards costs more than getting the specification right first.

Upload the material, approve the written quote and deadline, and work begins - no deposit, no account to set up. Upload from anywhere in Arizona, because there is no office in Peoria to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. Anything ambiguous is queried with you before work starts.

Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Square, wire transfer and checks, and businesses and institutions can be set up on monthly invoicing instead of paying per job. Clients in Peoria pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Production teams and publishers are usually invoiced per project or per series instead of per file. The price you approve in the written quote is the price you are charged.

Send it back and it is fixed at no cost: revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. A local name or address written differently in Peoria from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed. Where a preference differs from ours, yours is applied and not argued over.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime. Being in Peoria changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Arizona and everywhere else. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Quotes are calculated from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to, so two clients sending comparable material pay the same, and nothing begins until you approve the written total.
