Closed Captioning Services in Scottsdale, Arizona

Yes. Closed captioning is available to anyone in Scottsdale and across Arizona, on the same published rates and the same turnaround as everywhere else. Files move in and out online, so where you are makes no difference to the price, the deadline or who does the work.

No visit is needed. Files are uploaded through the site, emailed, or shared from cloud storage, and the finished closed captioning comes back the same way, which is why clients well outside Scottsdale use the service on the same terms. The one exception is material that exists only on tape, disc or a memory card, and collection can be arranged for that.

Files are handled under NDA, moved through encrypted transfer and seen only by the assigned team. A lot of what arrives from Scottsdale comes from the Maricopa County courts and the estate and corporate practices working in the city, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Unreleased video is routine here, so review links are restricted and nothing is held longer than the project needs. They can also be deleted on an agreed schedule after delivery, with written confirmation.

Whichever the platform requires: SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or burned in. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Scottsdale never need to collect anything. Several formats can come out of one order, so the same material reaches a streaming service, a broadcaster and a learning platform without being rebuilt.

Upload or share a link, and the quote follows within minutes. Say where the captions will play - broadcast, a streaming platform, a learning system, social - because each sets its own standard. Upload from anywhere in Arizona, because there is no office in Scottsdale to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. A style note or template sent with the files is applied from the first delivery.

All of the usual methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Square, wire transfer and checks. Businesses can be invoiced monthly against a purchase order, and everyone else pays on approving the quote. Clients in Scottsdale pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Production teams and publishers are usually invoiced per project or per series instead of per file.

Revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. Tell us which page, line or timestamp is wrong and a corrected file comes back, usually the same day. If the video is re-cut, the existing captions are conformed to the new edit instead of being captioned again from scratch. A local name or address written differently in Scottsdale from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime. What moves the figure is the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to, so the quote is built from your actual files and not from a rate card. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Being in Scottsdale changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Arizona and everywhere else. You get an exact total in writing before anything starts.

It depends on length and on how difficult the source is, and the time is in the quote before you commit. Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers the urgent end. Because orders from Scottsdale are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours. Timing is set by hand against the audio, so the schedule follows the real runtime of the video and not an estimate.

Work is done by human captioners and played back against the picture before it is sent, which is how the 99+% accuracy standard is met. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Scottsdale, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Arizona - so those are checked against the source. One person working alone would not catch a caption that lands late or a speaker change that is never marked.
