Closed Captioning Services Colorado US

Yes. Closed captioning is ordered here exactly as it is anywhere else - upload the material, approve the written quote, receive the finished work by email. There is no office in Colorado to visit, no appointment to book and no premium for being in the Mountain West.

Yes, in 100+ languages. Around Colorado the usual ones are Spanish, Vietnamese, Amharic and Nepali, each handled by a native speaker and checked by a second one. The language changes who does the closed captioning, not what is delivered or what it costs.

No visit is needed. Files are uploaded through the site, emailed, or shared from cloud storage, and the finished closed captioning comes back the same way, which is why clients well outside Colorado use the service on the same terms. The one exception is material that exists only on tape, disc or a memory card, and collection can be arranged for that.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Being in Colorado changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across the Mountain West and everywhere else. Quotes are calculated from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to, so two clients sending comparable material pay the same, and nothing begins until you approve the written total.

The delivery date is agreed before work starts, and rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers anything urgent. Material sent at the end of your working day is in progress overnight. Because orders from Colorado are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours.

The standard is 99+%, reached by doing the job twice: one person produces the file, and a second checks it before release. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Colorado, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across the Mountain West - so those are checked against the source.

Only the people doing the work can open your material, and all of them are under NDA. A lot of what arrives from Colorado comes from state and federal courts in Denver, and immigration practitioners, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Transfer is encrypted in both directions, and deletion on an agreed schedule can be set up where your records require it.

SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or a burned-in version, built to the specification of the platform you publish on. One source file can produce several formats in the same order. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Colorado never need to collect anything.

Three steps: send the material, approve the quote, receive the finished work by email. Nothing starts before you approve the price, and revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. Upload from anywhere in the Mountain West, because there is no office in Colorado to visit, no appointment and nothing to post.

By card, PayPal, Square, wire transfer or check, or on a monthly invoice where your finance team prefers one. Clients in Colorado pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Quotes are issued in writing and the invoice never exceeds the figure you approved.
