Closed Captioning Services in Lubbock, Texas

Yes. Closed captioning is available to anyone in Lubbock and across Texas, on the same published rates and the same turnaround as everywhere else. Files move in and out online, so where you are makes no difference to the price, the deadline or who does the work.

No. Closed captioning moves online in both directions, so a client in Lubbock and a client three states away are handled identically, and this site is built around caption files built to the standard the platform or the regulator requires. Material that exists only on physical media is the one exception, and collection is arranged for it.

By card, PayPal, Square, wire transfer or check, or on a monthly invoice where your finance team prefers one. Clients in Lubbock pay exactly as clients elsewhere do, with no local surcharge and no handling fee. Production teams and publishers are usually invoiced per project or per series instead of per file. Quotes are issued in writing and the invoice never exceeds the figure you approved.

Send it back and it is fixed at no cost: revisions are free for 30 days after delivery. A local name or address written differently in Lubbock from the way it was set down is a correction, not a dispute - say so and it is fixed. If the video is re-cut, the existing captions are conformed to the new edit instead of being captioned again from scratch. Where a preference differs from ours, yours is applied and not argued over.

Captioning is quoted per minute of runtime, with volume pricing once a project passes an agreed size. The quote for closed captioning in Lubbock is worked out from the runtime, whether the audio has to be timed from scratch and the caption standard you publish to. Being in Lubbock changes nothing about the rate, because the same published prices apply across Texas and everywhere else. The rate follows the runtime of the video, not the number of caption lines the finished file contains. Send the material and the figure comes back within minutes.

It depends on length and on how difficult the source is, and the time is in the quote before you commit. Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers the urgent end. Timing is set by hand against the audio, so the schedule follows the real runtime of the video and not an estimate. Because orders from Lubbock are handled online, nothing waits on a courier, an appointment or office hours.

The standard is 99+%, reached by doing the job twice: one person produces the file, and a second checks it before release. Local detail is where a distant supplier slips - street names in Lubbock, the institutions around it, the bodies people file with across Texas - so those are checked against the source. Every file is played back on screen before release, because a caption that reads correctly can still land on the wrong shot.

Access is the control that matters, so it is kept to the assigned pair and nobody else. A lot of what arrives from Lubbock comes from the Lubbock County courts and the federal court sitting in the city, where the material is sensitive, so restricted access is the default. Unreleased video is routine here, so review links are restricted and nothing is held longer than the project needs. Transfer is encrypted, every person involved is under NDA, and files are deleted on request once you no longer need them held.

Whichever the platform requires: SRT, VTT, SCC, STL or burned in. Caption files are delivered to the standard of the platform you publish on, whether that is SRT, VTT, SCC or STL. Everything is returned by email in the format you asked for, which is why clients in Lubbock never need to collect anything. Several formats can come out of one order, so the same material reaches a streaming service, a broadcaster and a learning platform without being rebuilt.

Upload or share a link, and the quote follows within minutes. Say where the captions will play - broadcast, a streaming platform, a learning system, social - because each sets its own standard. Upload from anywhere in Texas, because there is no office in Lubbock to visit, no appointment and nothing to post. A style note or template sent with the files is applied from the first delivery.
